Emily Boardman Ndulue

Emily joined Media Cloud in 2018 as a researcher, and has since held placements for the project at MIT Media Lab, Northeastern University, and MEAG. She is a mixed methods researcher, with particular topical focus on global health and health communication, and representations of race and gender in news. Her work has been featured in Journalism Practice, Feminist Media Studies, the African Journal of Information and Communication, and other scholarly publications and venues. In addition to conducting research, she supports partners in using the Media Cloud tooling for their own research, programming, and advocacy goals.
